Grilled Veggies Noodles
Boil noodles seperately, grill veggies in oven or grill pan
Take seperate pan, add olive oil, garlic, dried red chill, fresh peppers
Stir fry and mix with noodles and veggies
Serve with garluc bread
Clear Petha Soup
Chop petha peices, add in boiling water, add 1/2 or 1 stock cube, little fried garlic, coriender leaves, salt pepper and cook till done
Serve hot
Pan fry eggplant
Ingredients:
Wholewheat flour
Spices if your choice
Sliced eggplant
Method:
Add spices in wholewheat flour, rub on eggplant slice and roast on tawa till its cooked from both sides

Seekh Kababs
Ingredients:
250 gms grounded chicken
1 egg
Shaan seekh kabab masala
Jeera powder, dhaniya powder,;red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste
METHOD:
Marinate Chicken in all the ingredients mentioned above
Put on skewers, grill in oven or take out ftom skewers and deep fry (skewers is used for shaping and a nice hole in between)
